Welcome to the website of Shree Laxmi Traders. By accessing our website, booking a site survey, or hiring us for solar panel installations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Scope

Shree Laxmi Traders is an independent solar service provider working with trusted vendor partners to provide rooftop solar installation services under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana. We assist in consulting, design, structural survey, physical installation, net-metering synchronization with NBPDCL/SBPDCL, and submitting subsidy paperwork.

2. User Obligations & Eligibility

To qualify for residential solar installations and governent subsidies:

• You must own the rooftop space or have valid authorization to install solar panels at the specified premises.
• You must provide accurate electricity bills, Aadhaar identification, and bank account details matching the utility connection for subsidy filings.
• You agree to cooperate with NBPDCL/SBPDCL officials during site inspections, net-meter installation, and testing.

3. Payments, Quotations, and Subsidy

- All quotations provided after a site survey are estimates based on standard structure heights and layout requirements. Custom structural elevation may incur additional costs.

- Government subsidies under PM Surya Ghar are disbursed directly to the customer’s bank account by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) post-commissioning. Shree Laxmi Traders assists in documentation but does not control the official disbursement timeline or direct approvals by government departments.

4. Warranties and Maintenance

Solar modules carry a standard 25-year performance warranty and smart inverters carry standard manufacturer warranties. Maintenance, cleaning, and safety are the customer's responsibility after physical handover, although Shree Laxmi Traders provides post-sales troubleshooting assistance.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of services provided by Shree Laxmi Traders will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Godda, Bihar.
